| Die EU hat mit der Directive on Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition EU 2024/825 (EmpCo) eine Richtlinie eingeführt, die Verbraucher vor irreführenden Umweltaussagen und Umweltkennzeichnungen schützen soll. Als Teil des Green Deal ändert die EmpCo-Richtlinie u. a. die EU-Richtlinie über unlautere Geschäftspraktiken sowie die Verbraucherrechterichtlinie. In Deutschland erfolgte die Umsetzung der EmpCO-Richtlinie durch das Dritte Gesetz zur Änderung des Gesetzes gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb (UWG), veröffentlicht am 12. Februar 2026 im Bundesgesetzblatt.

Das Eurosymposium Keramik ist eine Fachveranstaltung zur Praxisforschung in der Keramikindustrie. Es findet seit 1996 einmal jährlich in Radebeul oder Meißen statt. Hier treffen sich Vertreter aller Bereiche der keramischen Industrie aus ganz Europa, um Fachvorträge zu hören und Erfahrungen auszutauschen.

| "Key technology Ceramics“: This is the title of the 29th Eurosymposium on 22 and 23 September 2026 in Meissen, organised by the Keramik-Institut.
The Eurosymposium Ceramics is a specialist event for practical research in the ceramics industry. It has been held once a year in Radebeul or Meissen since 1996. Representatives from all areas of the ceramics industry from all over Europe meet here to listen to specialist presentations and exchange experiences.
