| | | Dear Mr. Bonafini,
|
| FESPA showcased large format innovations in Berlin this month. At the largest European trade fair for the large format printing industry Sihl presented two new flame-resistant, non-woven wallpapers and the Roll-up film Plus 205 SB Satin (3598), which achieves a very good quality even at high printing speeds making it particularly productive. The highly sensitive Sihl thermal papers have been perfectly matched to their application. Sihl has improved the complete range – for optimal product quality. Extraordinary motifs on unique paper: the combination makes it perfect. Photographer Roman Tripler explains in an interview: Why he swears on MASTERCLASS Satin Baryta and how he picks his motifs. Just twin the world upside down every once in a while! More in our news. We hope you enjoy reading! Greetings from Düren, Bern and Fiskeville Melanie Lubetz Marketing & Communication

| An interview with Roman Tripler, art director, trainer and photographer In addition to his job as art director in an advertising agency, Roman Tripler is a passionate photographer in his spare time. His camera has never left his side since he was a child. It is particularly important to him to present his surroundings undistorted and as unaffected by external influences as possible. Portraits and long-term reportages are therefore a focal point of his work. With his series „Kopfsache” [Engl. A matter for the head] he won the portrait competition at the international photo fair PhotoPlus Expo in New York in 2017.
