    • 100% identical footprint to solder pin version
    • Same current capability like solder pins
• Two available housing heights (12 and 17mm)
• flowPIM 0
    • 600V, 6 - 30A (IGBT3)
    • 1200V, 4 - 15A (IGBT4)
• flowPIM 1
    • 600V, 30 - 75A (IGBT3)
    • 1200V, 15 - 35A (IGBT4)
