Featuring MOSFETs and SiC diodes, our line of flowNPC 1 MOS modules covers a range of 21 mΩ to 41 mΩ RDSON. Suited for 1200 V applications, these modules offer all the cost and other benefits of 600 V components in a flow 1 housing. Best of all, their efficiency rating at 50 kHz tops the 98.5 % mark.
