Vincotech is proud to present the expansion of its neutral point clamped (NPC) inverter flow 2 module family. The new flowNPC 2 modules developed with IGBTs cover a current range from 200 A to 300 A in a flow 2 housing with baseplate.

Dedicated for economical UPS and solar applications, the new flowNPC 2 modules are suitable for 1200 V application, but implement the benefits and costs of 600 V components. The module achieves extremely high efficiency levels of around 98,6% with a power of up to 45 kW.
