| | Konventionelle Projektabwicklungsmodelle mit Vergütung von Einheits- oder Pauschalpreisen stoßen, vor allem bei Großprojekten, regelmäßig an ihre Grenzen. Die Gründe sind vielfältig. Die Integrierte Projektabwicklung (IPA) bietet hier einen praxisnahen, kooperativen Ansatz. Besonders für den Tunnelbau, mit seinen geologischen Unsicherheiten, langen Vortriebsstrecken und sicherheitskritischen Rahmenbedingungen kann eine partnerschaftliche Projektabwicklung die Kosten- und Terminsicherheit verbessern und Nachträge sowie Schnittstellenkonflikte vermeiden. Gleichzeitig wird eine lösungsorientierte Projektkultur durch eine zeitgerechte Einbindung der Beteiligten gefördert.

| Conventional project delivery models with unit or lump sum remuneration regularly reach their limits, especially in large-scale projects. There are many reasons for this. Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) offers a practical, cooperative approach here. Particularly for tunnel construction, with its geological uncertainties, long tunnel drives and safety-critical conditions, partnership-based project management can improve cost and schedule reliability and avoid claims and interface conflicts. At the same time, a solution-oriented project culture is promoted through the timely involvement of all parties.

Juni befasst sich das Kolloquium mit dem Thema «Neueste Entwicklungen und aktuelle Projekte im Bereich maschinelle Tunnelvortriebe, Microtunneling und Rohrvortriebe». Am 17. Juni folgt der Kongresstag mit beachtenswerten Projekten im In- und Ausland. Abgerundet wird die Tagung am 18. Juni durch spannende Fachexkursionen zu aktuellen Grossprojekten.

Ein Konsortium bestehend aus Hochtief CZ, Hochtief Infrastructure, Subterra und BeMo Tunneling hat im April 2026 den Auftrag für die nächste Bauphase der Metro in Prag für die Linie D erhalten. Der Auftrag der Prager Verkehrsbetriebe hat einen Gesamtwert von 1,23 Milliarden Euro; der Hochtief-Anteil beträgt rund 428 Millionen Euro.

| Czech Republic. In April 2026, a consortium comprising Hochtief CZ, Hochtief Infrastructure, Subterra, and BeMo Tunneling was awarded the contract for the next construction phase of Prague’s Metro Line D. Delivered for the Prague Public Transport Company, the contract, has a total value of 1.23 billion euros, and will generate revenue for Hochtief of 428 million euros.

| Deutschland. Am 4. März 2026 fand der 2. Kölner Tunnelbautag an der Technischen Hochschule Köln statt. Rund 160 Teilnehmer besuchten die deutschsprachige Veranstaltung mit 11 Fachvorträgen, die Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche des umfassenden Themas Tunnelbau gaben.

| Deutschland. Der kleine Fluss Holzminde durchzieht das Zentrum der Stadt Holzminden im südlichen Niedersachsen in Deutschland. Die Nähe zum „roten Wasser“, wie die Holzminde im Volksmund genannt wird, prägt die Stadtentwicklung seit Jahrhunderten – und führte bereits 1904 dazu, dass der Fluss auf einer Teilstrecke in einen Tunnel verlegt wurde. So konnte ausreichend Platz für neue Verkehrswege im innerstädtischen Bereich geschaffen werden, und es entstand die heutige Landesstraße L550. Mehr als ein Jahrhundert später steht das historische Tunnelbauwerk erneut im Mittelpunkt eines wichtigen Infrastrukturprojekts, denn die Zeit hat ihre Spuren hinterlassen.

| Germany. The Holzminde is a small river that flows through the center of the town of Holzminden in southern Lower Saxony, Germany. The town’s proximity to the “red water”, as the Holzminde is popularly referred to, has shaped its development over the centuries – and in 1904, one section of the river was diverted into a tunnel structure. This made it possible to create enough space for new traffic routes in the town center. The result was the construction of what is now the state highway L550. More than a century later, the historic tunnel is once again the focus of an important infrastructure project: over the years, time had left its mark.
