| Deutschland/Dänemark. Im Juli 2025 hatte die DB InfraGO AG mitgeteilt, dass sich die Umsetzung der Hinterlandanbindung für die feste Fehmarnbeltquerung über 2029 hinaus verzögern wird. Ende Oktober 2025 haben sich Bundesverkehrsminister Patrick Schnieder und sein dänischer Amtskollege Thomas Danielsen über den Stand der Bauarbeiten zur Festen Fehmarnbeltquerung und zur deutschen Schienenanbindung ausgetauscht.

| Germany/Denmark. In July 2025, DB InfraGO AG had announced that the implementation of the German hinterland connection for the Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link would be delayed beyond 2029. At the end of October 2025, German Federal Transport Minister Patrick Schnieder and his Danish counterpart Thomas Danielsen held a joint video conference to discuss the status of construction work on the Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link and the German rail connection.
