Im Auftrag der SBEV – Stadtbahn Entwicklung und Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekte Frankfurt GmbH realisiert das Unternehmen Porr in einer ARGE, bestehend aus den Leistungsbereichen Ingenieur-, Tunnel- und Spezialtiefbau, einen rund 1160 m langen unterirdischen Streckenabschnitt einschließlich der neuen Tiefstation Güterplatz sowie der Anbindung an den bestehenden U-Bahntunnel am Platz der Republik.

Mit rund 600 registrierten Unternehmen und mehr als 32 000 Quadratmetern gebuchter Standfläche verzeichnen die Aussteller aus den Segmenten Railway Infrastructure und Tunnel Construction bei der InnoTrans 2026 ein spürbares Wachstum. Die Leitmesse für Verkehrstechnik findet vom 22. bis zum 25. September in Berlin statt. Besonderer Programmhöhepunkt wird das von der STUVA veranstaltete International Tunnel Forum sein. Die Themen an zwei Veranstaltungstagen lauten: Tunnel – Schlüssel zur Ökologie und Lebensqualität (23. September) und Digitalisierung und künstliche Intelligenz im Tunnelbau und -betrieb (24. | | | Polen. Die 3. Internationale PIARC-Konferenz zum Betrieb und zur Sicherheit von Straßentunneln findet vom 30. September bis zum 2. Oktober 2026 in Krakau statt. Die dritte Ausgabe dieser Veranstaltung befasst sich mit den wichtigsten Aspekten der Planung, des Entwurfs und des Baus von Straßentunneln. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf Sicherheit, Betrieb und Instandhaltung. Das Programm an den zwei Konferenztagen beinhaltet Best-Practice-Beispiele und Erfahrungen aus internationalen Projekten. Am dritten Tag folgen Exkusionen zu Tunnelbaustellen und Tunneln im Betrieb.

| Poland. The 3rd PIARC International Conference on Road Tunnel Operations and Safety will take place in Cracow from September 30 to October 2, 2026. The third edition of this event will explore key aspects of road tunnel planning, design, and construction, with a strong focus on safety, operation, and maintenance. The programme for the two days of the conference includes examples of best practice and experiences from international projects. On the third day, there will be excursions to tunnel construction sites and operational tunnels.
