| What a week this has been! For those of you, who have been in the lucky position to have been away from their email and social media, let me re-cap: we announced on Tuesday that cryptovision will join the Atos group. Gelsenkirchen goes International. Coincidentally, the day Schalke 04 was relegated from the Bundesliga, cv announces the move up into the premium league. And while the transaction will take some more months as per usual, we are already very much looking forward to being part of la grande famille Atos.
For you as our partners, there is no change to the club cv activities. We are already preparing the next exciting events, amongst others, sales and product trainings and – hurray - the next round of our infamous Beer tasting, hosted by Adam Ross. As always, we advise to book early, as there are limited spaces available.

Hugo Hernandez studied Computer Systems Engineering at ESCOM IPN in Mexico City, where he now lives with his wife. He is the proud father of two-year-old Matias and six-year-old Samantha. He enjoys playing squash, but due to the pandemic he currently only plays video games. In his life before cryptovision he was Product Development Manager for a government agency software vendor. He supports cryptovision since the beginning of March in consulting for LATAM.

Thorsten Wallhorn lives in Essen, the home of Krupp Stahl Werke. He assembled systems in his father's PC store as a young boy and later joined the company. The IT specialist for system integration became involved as a Bitcoin miner, but the bankruptcy of MtGox denied him his fortune. Thorsten loves to cook Asian food and to dive into the world of Marvel and DC Comics. Before joining cryptovision he worked in IT support for a system house.

| VS-NfD approval now also for password-based file encryption
The GreenShield offering consists of GreenShield Mail (end-to-end email encryption) and GreenShield File (file encryption). GreenShield first received approval for the processing and transmission of VS- NfD (as well as EU and NATO restricted) classified information back in December 2018, and in March of this year, the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) has now also approved the current version with numerous updates...

| Always stunning – the cryptovision HQ in spring!
The Gelsenkirchen Wissenschaftspark, located on the former steelworks site, is a true symbol of structural change. Now in its mid-twenties, this award-winning technology hub with its impressive architecture (Architekten Kiessler + Partner) continues to stand the test of time. Hopefully soon, many cryptovision colleagues will be able to return to this inspiring workplace.
