Farewell, DAAD Young and Research Ambassadors!

© DAAD ASND
The DAAD Regional Office gives its best wishes to the outgoing batches of its Young Ambassadors (2024-25) and Research Ambassadors (2022-25)

Both groups of Ambassadors worked in their personal capacities as multipliers who brought higher education and research in Germany to their peers, institutions and juniors in honorary capacity.

They were indeed guides to go to, approachable through media and standard communication channels. They conducted various information activities such as web sessions, workshops etc. commonly titled as ECRs (Early Career Research Symposia) where young researchers were guided about their ongoing or planned research, My Student Journey/Panel Discussions with Subject Experts where participants learned about the career trajectories & thought processes of the Ambassadors that would enable them to make important decisions for their career and future.

While goodbyes are difficult, we are also looking forward to connect with the next batches of Young Ambassadors (YA) and Research Ambassadors (RA). Good ideas and networks should always continue to progress, wouldn't you agree?

The new Ambassadors will be announced to all of you here in the coming weeks!
