My Germany Story!
Rabita Shakya
Master: University of Stuttgart & Ain Shams University - Cairo in Design
I am a DAAD EPOS scholar studying Integrated Urbanism and Sustainable Design. Having been guided through this journey by a DAAD alumna myself, I understand the comfort of having someone to ask for their insights and experiences and therefore, I am keen to help future students navigate through their personal journeys of studying here.
Akash Patni
Master: University of Duisburg-Essen in Logistics Engineering
I chose Germany for studying abroad because of its strong emphasis on practical, research-driven education and its reputation for excellence. Combined with affordable education, this made Germany the perfect choice. Additionally, the opportunity to be part of a global student community felt like the right step for both my personal and professional growth.
Yudhajeet Basak
PhD: Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in Structural Biology
I hold a simple belief: the barriers I faced should not be the same for those who follow. This belief drives my desire to give back, to guide others as they walk their own paths. I am currently the President of the Indian Students’ Association of Berlin, where my team and I assist Indian students in various matters while acting as a conduit to the Embassy of India.
