Newsletter DWIH New York

February 2026

Dear reader,

Collaboration with our supporter network is a cornerstone of DWIH New York’s work. We are delighted to welcome two new associate supporters: the UNU Institute for Environment and Human Security (UNU-EHS) and the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology (INP).

UNU-EHS conducts research aimed at advancing human security and well-being by addressing current and future risks related to environmental hazards and climate change. INP, the largest non-university institute in Europe dedicated to low-temperature plasmas, brings together more than 220 scientists, engineers, and specialized staff working in state-of-the-art laboratories. Its interdisciplinary teams of physicists, chemists, biologists, engineers, and medical scientists develop plasma-based technologies tailored to real-world challenges, while also providing feasibility studies, consultancy, and customer-specific solutions.

We look forward to many inspiring collaborations ahead. To learn more about our supporter network, click here.
