The OPE journal Newsletter for July 2019
OPE journal
Dear Mr Chung,
One of the most fascinating sectors of our industry is the smart packaging field. A few years ago, spectacular prototypes such as the famous Bombay Sapphire packaging by Karl Knauer, dominated the headlines not only in our magazine. Now, we are much further than that: Smart packaging has matured and is ready for the mass markets in many cases! From RFID solutions to sensors and lighting innovations, packaging is speaking to us through printed electronics.
This is why OPE journal’s publishing house, dfv Media Group, will put the smart packaging sector in the limelight during FachPack 2019, which will take place from 24-26 September in Nuremberg, Germany. At our Marketplace SmartPackaging@FachPack, we will highlight latest developments, products and processes – with printed electronics playing a major role. You can be a part of it and book your stand now. See you in Nuremberg!
Best regards
Martin Hirschmann
