Virtual Fireside Chat: COVID-19 and the Meetings Industry
The GCB Office New York, Quinn PR and Meetings Today partnered to organise a panel discussion between German GCB members (Diane Pentaleri-Otto, Estrel Congress Center Berlin and Katharina Bitterle, Stuttgart Convention Bureau), US-planners and Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU, Richie Karaburun. The distinguished industry experts shared some of their learnings, experiences and adapted strategies resulting from the ongoing crisis. After this succesful launch, we are currently planning a second episode for mid-May. Stay tuned!

Last month, GCB & tw tagungswirtschaft jointly launched the information platform www.eventcrisis.org. From now on, current news can also be found in English in the "International" category. The platform provides business event profesionnals with informative multimedia content for events during the crisis.
