| The start of a new year demands maximum flexibility from us all: a busy schedule, multiple events, countless postponed live events. You can learn about the current schedule on our website! But whatever the case, we want to guarantee a high level of stability: with our CAS series of spectroradiometers! Our high-end array systems deployed worldwide offer repeatability, stability and traceability – our guarantee of the most accurate measurement results! New product developments in the fields of spectroradiometers of the CAS series and the VTC near-/far-field cameras serve the fast-growing market for laser diode production in the short-wave infrared range of 900 to 1700 nm. Experience the new IR and VCEL test systems in live demonstrations at Laser World of Photonics in Munich. | LIV test systems for laser diodes | | At LASER WoP 2022 Instrument Systems will be showcasing its extensive test portfolio of IR emitters and VCSELs. New product developments in the fields of spectroradiometers of the CAS series and the VTC near-/far-field cameras serve the fast-growing market for laser diode production in the short-wave infrared range of 900 to 1700 nm. Laser diodes can be optically characterized in detail with the appropriate LIV test equipment – additionally consisting of integrating spheres, photodiodes, source-measure-units (SMUs) and temperature controllers. The software application SpecWin Pro supports the characterization of laser diodes by integrating and precisely synchronizing all measuring instruments, as well as numerical and graphical analysis of the data. | Top performance from UV to IR | | With the use of a trigger box, multiple CAS models can be combined to form a MultiCAS system and complex spectral measurements can be run simultaneously via an extremely broad wavelength range. In the right combination with 2D imaging colorimeters, IR cameras, integrating spheres or goniometer systems, individual customer tasks for wavelength ranges from UV to IR can be fulfilled precisely and reliably.

| Software analysis from UV to IR | | The SpecWin Pro spectral analysis software is a powerful and easy-to-use interface for the high-precision spectroradiometers from Instrument Systems. The highlight of the new Version 3.8 is the extensive update of the ErP module with respect to EU Directive 2019/2020 for Ecodesign Requirements and delegated Directive 2019/2015 for energy label regulation. A further new feature is support for the DSP 200 photometer for flicker measurements and the latest Keithley SMU 2601B-PULSE.
