Metrohm DropSens news
Dear Researcher,
Our main objective is to provide your laboratory with all the analytical instruments you may need to improve your research using electrochemical techniques. Working with accurate and reliable equipment will make the difference in achieving successful results.

This month, we present in Metrohm DropSens catalogue: a new mediator modified electrode, a cell for working with interdigitated electrodes and an Application Note useful for monitoring spectroelectrochemical experiments. You can find the complete information below.
Content
PRODUCT LAUNCH: 110FERRI
PRODUCT LAUNCH: CELL-IDE
NEW APPLICATION NOTE: DropView SPELEC tools
PRODUCT LAUNCH: 110FERRI
Potassium ferricyanide modified screen-printed cabon electrodes (SPCEs)

This SPCE modified with potassium ferricyanide, ref. 110FERRI, facilitates the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide at lower detection potentials making them suitable for developing second-generation enzymatic based sensors.

PRODUCT LAUNCH: CELL-IDE
Cell for interdigitated electrodes (IDEs)

You also have now available ref. CELL-IDE, in methacrylate, ideal to perform batch analysis with larger volume of solutions (3-6 mL) for all our catalogue IDE models. The cell allows stirring with magnets working with deaerated samples and carry out standard additions.

This model is also available in PEEK (ref. CELL-IDE-PEEK) or can be customized with other shapes, materials, etc.

NEW APPLICATION NOTE: DropView SPELEC tools
Tools for monitoring spectroelectrochemical experiments in DropView SPELEC
This Application Note explains how you can benefit from DropView SPELEC software tools: "Spectrum vs EC" or "Spectrum peak height vs EC". With these options, is possible to relate spectroscopic and electrochemical information and ensure perfect synchronization of both measurements, obtaining maximum information in a single experiment.

Also, this dedicated software for Spectroelectrochemistry allows superior performance in terms of data processing and real-time display of spectra.
